The Swan’s Egg
A Student Journal of Hans Christian Andersen Studies
Founded in 2020, The Swan’s Egg is a publication of the Hans Christian Andersen Centre at the University of Southern Denmark in Odense. As suggested by our title, we strive to create a virtual environment in which students of Andersen at any level of study (BA, MA, or PhD) can share their work on the author as it develops.
We are now considering essays in English or in Danish for our first issue. Submit by January 15, 2021.
Meet our team of scholars from the Hans Christian Andersen Centre at the University of Southern Denmark, and the University of California, Berkeley.
This is where our first issue will be available once it is finished.
